I seem to listen to a lot of the same music as you do...so maybe you'll like some of these:
damien rice, rachael yamagata, matt pond PA, Owen, albert hammond jr, matt wertz, a fine frenzy, bloc party (their first album "silent alarm" is the best), priscilla ahn, band of horses, hanson (seriously, give their new stuff a chance. people don't understand how far they've come since mmmbop), joshua radin, the midway state, the rocket summer, and rooney!
